Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6
Our boy scout troop trains up young boys to learn how to survive, to learn the basic skills for everyday life, and to live in righteousness with God. Everything that we do, we do to glorify God.
Boys scouts is a fun experience and we get to go many places for camping and troop activities.
We do many things to serve our Woodlawn community including food drives and partcipating in parades.

The Boys
|
 |
We are a boy run troop which means that the scouts order the meetings and plan the activities.
The scout leaders try not to get to involved with what we do, but they do give us suggestions and keep things in order.
Everyone in the troop will have a leadership role to hold at one point or another because we try to get everyone involved.
Sometimes we do activities and campouts out of the state |

Becoming Part of the Family
|
 |
Troop 772 is like a second family for the boys. We learn a lot about each other and push each other to succeed in whatever we do.
There are many challenges to be faced in boy scouts, but with all the encouragement we get from scout leaders and other scouts we get the strength to face those challenges.
We want you to become apart of our family! |

In all labor there is profit, but idle chatter leads only to poverty.Proverbs 14:23
We have many scouts that have been in our troop and reached the rank of Eagle Scout. This is the highest rank, and the men who have reached this point did not accidentally stumble onto it. They had to work hard and remain focused on their goal. Reaching the Eagle rank is an accomplishment that can be carried with a person their entire life. It takes alot of hard work, but it is worth it in the end.
